Another day of dietary documentation. Had two of the best meals today--so fresh and so light. Made Caprese Salad stacks, which turned out as nice looking as the recipe picture--that never happens, but how can you mess it up when there's literally 5 ingredients? Dinner required a little more work; grilling the veggies and fish and whatnot. But, all together on a crusty baguette, was so delish! I'm not a vegetarian, but I can see the appeal...
