#1: Good Memories Stitched into my Heart
Get your art materials ready! I had lots of fun making this one. It's a little labor-intensive at times, but I think it turned out pretty cute. Enjoy!

#2: Comfort Tea (or Coffee)
This one just makes me feel good. It's a little art therapy combined with some (hopefully) helpful painting instruction. Dive in to start appreciating the things that comfort you during this season!

#3: Gratitude Tree
Okay, so let's admit it...it's been really hard to be grateful for anything lately. It's been a rough year, but let's take a few minutes to truly appreciate the things that are going RIGHT for us! Reflect on the good stuff for this page...hopefully it will carry you through the bad times!

#4: Season for Giving
This page is going to be a challenge, but hopefully it's worth it. Think of the different ways YOU can be GIVING of YOURSELF to others this season. There are plenty of people out there that need help (whether financially, emotionally, or health-wise), so how can you be your best self for them? Reflect on that while you learn how to draw and paint some curling and twisting ribbons on an acrylic background. I can't wait to see what you do, so don't forget to either tag me in Facebook or Instagram, or simply email your final to me (or text). It brings me SUCH great joy to see your finished pages! Enjoy!

#5: Home Is...
Home. It's where a lot of us have been a lot lately. Whether you're working from home or quarantined at home, it is hopefully a place where you feel you belong and where you feel safe. Home can be anywhere though--it can be where you rest your head at night or it can just be where you feel most comfortable like your mom's house or your place of worship. Wherever it is, let's take a minute to recognize and celebrate HOME.

#6: Stress Less
Okay, looking at this one might be intimidating. BUT as soon as you allow yourself to not worry about it being absolutely perfect (don't look TOO closely at mine!) you'll see that it (like everything else) works out just fine. We'll start with some deep and relaxing breathing before setting some intentions for the page, and then it's just a buncha dots (in whatever pattern you want to make up). Have fun, and remember...if you mess up, you can always just paint over it and try again. :)

#7: My Gifts
I think it's 100% okay to admit your strengths for this page. Go ahead and BRAG a little about what you're good at! It's good to acknowledge and appreciate your special gifts! On this page, we'll use acrylic paints with stencils. We'll also find a super cute and handy use for those scraps of wrapping paper you have strewn about your house. So, gear up, and let's do this page!

#8: Cheers to New Beginnings
Happy (almost) New Year! Let's let go of everything that was bad in 2020 so we can welcome 2021 with open hearts and minds. Starting with a collage of everything bad, we end up with a pretty little forest of birch trees (representing new beginnings) to declare your goals for the new year. Grab your acrylics and other materials to wrap up this 8-week long art journal journey with this page!

See my recommended list of supplies here (order what you need to get by November 10!):
This list is pretty basic--you might already have most of it laying around. If you can't see the actual list in Amazon (sorry!), here's a screenshot of my shopping list.
Any derivative of these items will work!
